So What's New in 75 Years?

A Breakthrough for the Military. The equipment and procedures used for the treatment of hemorrhage in emergency field situations by most international military organizations has remained unchanged for over 75 years.

For the medic the Emergency Bandage facilitates the treatment of severe bleeding wounds in emergency field situations by incorporating the functions of all necessary equipment into a single ergonomically improved life-saving device.

The Emergency Bandage reduces the amount of bandages and equipment a medic must carry in his combat vest, thus enabling him to carry other life-saving equipment.

The Emergency Bandage replaces current personal field dressings carried by every soldier. This allows even the non-medically trained combatant to treat himself and his comrades more effectively.

Due to the consolidation of equipment, the utilization of the Emergency Bandage provides an overall cost and logistics benefit when evaluating the Life Cycle Cost (LCC) in relation to current treatment equipment and procedures.

Up until today, to perform the function of staunching blood loss in the field, organizations allot funds to order, stock, supply, and had to train for numerous pieces of equipment. The Emergency Bandage eliminates much of the expense. Training with the Emergency Bandage is easier and less expensive due to simplicity of application and user friendliness.
