A couple of years ago I was sent to Afghanistan to do some hospital construction. One of the items I was given in my first aid kit was one of your compression bandages (part # FCP-01 stock # 6510-01-460-0849). Yesterday I had a chance to see how well the worked. I was doing some wood carving and somehow managed to push one of my chisles into my wrist. In the process I punctured a vein. Lots of blood coming out real fast. I manage to loose about a pint before I got your bandage on. When I finally applied the bandage I was able to accomplish it with one hand. The bleeding slowed immediately and stopped completely before I could get to medical help. Later in ER when they removed the bandage the wound was clean and sealed while the bandage was removed without sticking. I can compare your bandage to the one I was given in the 1970's and 1980's when I was on active duty. I have now used both in trama situations and while I would prefer not to have the occasion to use either, yours is so much better the the original. I don't know how many lives your bandages have saved but I want to thank you for each one, especially mine.

Thank you very much for your effort to get the Israeli Bandage to us just before Operation Iraqi Freedom. Not many other companies would put forth the sustained effort with multiple agencies both within and outside of the Army to allow us to receive the dressing before the war.
During the war the bandage performed spectacularly, as it has in the past for me. Every medic in my unit had them in his aid bag, we used it in our combat lifesaver bags, and our aid station used it as the primary dressing for bleeding wounds. It performed well as a dressing, pressure dressing and as a tourniquet, and was easy to teach to the non-medical personnel.
Although it was slightly more expensive than the standard Army field dressing, when I factored in the cost of a cravat, a field dressing and a roll of kerlix, it was less expensive to equip my medics with your dressing than the standard equipment, and took up less space in their aid bags.
Thank you for all your help. After seeing it in action, my chain of command is sold on your dressing, as I knew they would be. We will continue to use it as my unit's primary trauma dressing, replacing the standard field dressing.

Thank you so much for the information. We used your bandages in IRAQ and it proved to be a life saver. We are looking to incorporate this into our disaster plan, and possible into our search and rescue units.

I wish to once again thank you for your assistance and support. To those I have exposed the bandage too this past week, they have been overwhelmingly amazed and interested in its ease of use and function. Especially when compared to the "traditional" field pressure bandage. I found it interesting in just how quickly "non medical" personnel were able to adapt to the new bandage and use it properly.
I believe, amongst first responders and other EMS folks who have not yet seen this bandage, I have generated genuine interest. I know from the conversations that they are interested.
I will keep in touch and let you know the status. I appreciate you sending the necessary information for procuring additional supplies through the military system and non military system. Again thank you.

We just de briefed from Seal Team 3, it seems your dressing was a big hit in Afghanistan. Our Seal corpsmen used then several times until they were in short supply and then they tried to only use them on other Seals, but used them on Army and Marine wounded also. You can bet we will be ordering more. All our Seal platoons will now deploy with your dressing!

I just thought I would drop you a line and let you know that as of 10 December 2002 the Emergency Trauma Dressing is the official primary battle dressing for the 75th Ranger Regiment, United States Special Operations Command. The Emergency Trauma Dressing was selected by our staff as the "Best in Class" based on manufacturing, effectiveness, ease of use and price. I would personally like to thank you and your staff for your ability to quickly and effectively provide us with a product that exceeded our baseline requirements.

Pasco Sheriff's Office

Sorry it has taken so long in replying to your request regarding the Israeli bandage, however I will try to sum the events up for you on that day. Sept. 11, 2001 will always be a day in history no one will ever forget. However now Sept. 12, 2002 will live on as a day in history for the Pasco Sheriff's Office because on that day while executing a search warrant one of by brother deputies was shot that day in the head. Yeas on Sept. 12, 2002 at 20:18 hours Dep. G. Larking was the lead person on the entry team on a narcotics search warrant. While at the front door the subject shot several times with one of the rounds striking Deputy G. Larkin just above the right eye, penetrating and shattering his sinus cavity. Fragments of the bullet did not penetrate the brain, however fragments are presently lodged real close to his optic nerve. Two weeks prior to this incident I attended a Tactical Medic Class taught by Tactical Element out of CLermonte Fl. It was at this location I learned about your bandage and it's amazing features. I was able to conduct some hands on training at this class and was really impressed. Upon returning back to work I immediately notified you for some samples to provide to the SWAT Team and the Zephyrhills Fire Dept. in an effort to stock this two agencies with this easy and multi purpose bandage. On the evening of Sept. 12, 2002 I placed one of the sample bandages in my SWAT Medic bag and once I accessed Dep. Larking by passed any traditional bandages and immediately used the Israel bandage because of it's effectiveness in controlling and securing to head wounds in a matter of seconds. Dep. Larkin spent only four days in the hospital and was released pending further evaluations, but your bandage was a god's sent for me on that night. I am now working on issuing the SWAT team one each of these bandages as standard equipment for their first aid kit they are required to carry.

I carried your products when I was deployed to Afghanistan. When I a friend of mine who is on our department’s SWAT Team asked me for my opinion on the best trauma bandage I pulled out one of your bandages that I still carry with me and showed him how they worked. He said “Great, get me 100 of them.” I would like to become a stocking dealer of your products. Can you please quote me a price on the following items and quantities?
